The Second Bird Remixes is a curated collection of reinterpretations and remixes of Peppermoth's 2020 release, The Second Bird, their third album of glacial ambient released in partnership with San Francisco's Six Degrees Records. Canada's Peppermoth creates richly melodic, classical, dub and old school analog influenced ambient music, performed live and without sequencing.

On The Second Bird Remixes the six producers, who are all established artists in their own right, take Peppermoth's rich sonic terrain into new worlds with mixes that reshape these quiet, spacious originals into electro-bangers, dubbed out soul, post-20th century minimalism, dusty trip-hop, world fusion prog and Krautrock dub. Few musical stones are left unturned.
